MICRODUCTS AND CONNECTORS OF THE FIBER OPTIC MICROCANALIZATION system OF MTB

The main purpose of the application of MTB microcanalization system is to allow the usage of already existing duct systems ensuring their multiplying, and also to construct new urban microcanalization, especially housing estate microcanalization, in-company microcanalization (campus microcanalization) for fiber optic networks, including telecommunication networks, data transmission networks, television, monitoring networks.

  • transport, storage, installation and exploitation safe for the user and the environment,
  • ease of blowing the microduct into the secondary casing pipes and into pipes of existing cable ducts; ease of blowing the fiber optic cable and its bundles into single microducts and into bundles or packages of microducts,
  • Adequate protection against mechanical factors and against influence of the environment on the fiber optic microcable and its bundles, installed in microducts and in bundles and packages of microducts, in designed period of exploitation, and at least over 30 years,
  • Water tightness and gas tightness on microducts level, HDPE pipes with preinstalled microducts level, connector covers level, casing cable boxes and microduct splitters level,
  • Identification of microducts on the whole route,
  • simple and ergonomic way of elements mounting,
  • Preservation of the existing rules of assembly and measurements of fiber optic lines,
  • Development of parallel and serial fiber optic network without the need of additional works associated with the construction of pipelines, and without occupying additional space in telecommunication ducts,
  • possibility of branching microducts inside the cable wells, street cable boxes, technical rooms, or directly in the ground,
  • On client request it is possible to prefabricate each bundle or package with locating wire, in order to localize the route of the bundles in future.

Microducts are made of HDPE polyethylene, sheaths and covering pipes can be made of HDPE polyethylene or polypropylene PP with the following characteristics:
